A customer can either open a service request by sending an email to cs@fitnessireland.ie, or directly on the support portal website at http://support.fitnessireland.ie. Once a open a ticket or request has been sent, it will be assigned a unique ticket number. Customers are automatically sent an acknowledgement of their request together with the support number for future reference.  This number is used to track the progress or status of the request and its response online. Customers can also update a previously submitted ticket using the same ticket number, as well as search for updates on the support portal.

The main objective of launching the new customer service portal is to serve customers in the best possible way. Prior to this system being deployed, customers would send an email to a customer support mailbox.  A representative would then reply to this email.
